HighFive Health, a Madison software startup, has named Sal Braico as CEO.

HighFive Health aims to help pharmacists identify patients with multiple medications to make sure the drugs don’t interact in a way that could harm the patients.

Braico said 27 percent of Americans have multiple chronic conditions. He said HighFive’s medication management tools can improve care and lower costs.
